Reports to: Fiberglass Manager

As we come into our busy season, Pike's Bay Marina is looking for a Seasonal Detailer to help us out through the summer. The Seasonal Detaile’sr responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company sales and sa fety requirements.Seasonal schedule changes may take place at management discretion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assess the condition of gel coat/paint and recommend proper maintenance protocol
2. Wash, buff, and wax deck and hull
3. Possess knowledge of proper operation of hand and hand-held air/electric tools and apply to work
4. Follow all procedures pertaining to safety and personal protection equipment
5. Ensure quality of work performed

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to speak and read English to follow instructions on work orders as well as understand product and manual instructions
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
• Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
• Strong work ethic and personal commitment
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work comfortably around water
• Ability to work in tight spaces
• Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
• Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, climb, crawl, bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, grasp
